Dear FCCD Family and Friends,

Throughout the 2025-26 year we embraced this year’s theme “Mind, Body and Spirit”, with open minds, fully bodied, and a mighty Spirit. Throughout the year hundreds of hours of training were provided within our local chapters that challenged our membership to focus their minds, care for their bodies, and ground their souls in purpose. Our communities Statewide have benefited from our contribution to our Armed Forces active, retired, and their families. Our community partnerships strengthened as we joined with local care homes, those experiencing homelessness, providing care products for local students, supported Blood Centers with supply collections, and a favorite The Special Olympics-Florida.

Membership is our strength, and we continue to see a rise in membership. As a reminder anyone can join FCCD. As always, I encourage you to invite a friend to a meeting. Meet with your local community leaders in all aspects of business. Ask to present and share FCCDs mission and purpose to local nonprofit organizations and Churches that serve in your local communities. Please visit the FCCD website to sign up members in five different membership types/ and opportunities. 

We are rapidly approaching the 96th Annual Criminal Justice Training Institute, and will be a gathering that you will not want to miss!! This high energy gathering will be held at the beautiful World Golf Village Renaissance St. Augustine Florida, September 14th-17th, 2026. This event will offer networking with other Professionals, Golf Tournament at the legendary Slammer and Squire Golf Course, an exhibit and vendor hall, full training agenda featuring a variety of theme-based topics, Benefit Corn Hole Tournament, awards and scholarship luncheon, and the finale a 4-course Banquet followed by a Old’ West themed celebration.

In closing, I Thank You the entire FCCD Family for your support and outstanding leadership throughout the year. You truly have made this a very special year of laughter, memories, and a brilliant view of the future of FCCD. We as a family thank you for your love thoughts and prayers during our time of bereavement, those gestures will never be forgotten.
