The Florida Council on Crime and Delinquency 1st Quarterly Board Meeting will be held at The Rosen Plaza Hotel, 9700 International Dr., Orlando, FL 32819, Friday, November 8th and Saturday, November 9th. The board meeting will start at 1:00pm Friday and conclude at noon on Saturday.
The purpose of the Board Meeting is to conduct the business of the organization and to provide for training, learning, discussion and information exchange for criminal justice agencies in Florida.

Group room rate of $148 a night will be extended three (3) days prior and three (3) days following the Board Meeting dates, based on availability. Self-parking and resort fee are included.
To confirm a reservation, a credit card must be received with the reservation request, this will be taken for guarantee purposes only and will not be pre-billed. Please do not wait to make a reservation.

Please note: Individual departure dates will be reconfirmed upon check-in. Any adjustments to departure date should be made at that time. Thereafter, shortened lengths of stay will result in a one-time $75.00 administrative fee.
HOTEL requires that all reservations have a credit card on file at the time of booking. Hotel will accept checks and money orders up to two weeks prior to arrival. Hotel will not make any charges, approvals, holds or authorizations on any credit cards at the time the reservations are made.
Five days prior to arrival the Hotel will authorize $1.00 on all credit cards.
Upon arrival, any guest that does not want the Hotel to authorize, hold or approve their credit card for the entirety of their stay (including room, tax and estimated incidentals charges) may provide another form of payment, in effect pre-paying for their full stay. In doing so, the Hotel will make no additional authorizations, approvals or holds on the guest’s credit card. Guests who elect this option will be unable to have their incidental charges (such as restaurant, lounge, gift shop, etc.) billed to their guestroom during their stay.
For all other guests, upon arrival, the Hotel will collect a final form of payment. The Hotel will authorize that form of payment for room, tax and $25.00 incidentals per day (per person). The guests may charge incidentals to their guestroom during their stay. The attendee’s credit cards will charged for the actual amount due upon checkout.
